Max Eastman said, “I don’t know why it is we are in such a hurry to get up when we fall down. You might think we would lie there and rest for a while.”

Do you stop for a minute when you fall down?

This might not a trip and fall, it might be a bad day. In my experience we usually jump straight back up, dust ourselves off and get back into the game as it were.

I think there is value in lying there for a minute. It gives to time to think, to calm down and check yourself.

Next time you fall down stay there for a minute. It will be invaluable time.
