In 1680 John Dryden wrote, “Beware the fury of a patient man.”

Have you ever got to the absolute end of your tether and then been told you have to hold on for dear life because you could say or do something out of anger?

What do you do when you get there? Do you hang on or do you do something that makes you feel amazing but could be detrimental to your business or a relationship.

Patience to me can mean giving people enough rope to hang themselves when really I would like to tie the noose. Doing this can cost you money and time so like pulling of a plaster it’s better to get things over with quickly with a short sharp pain and then relief.

What does patience mean to you? Tell us here.
